Mark Marzahl, Director of Training and Technical Support Services
Mark oversees the Von Schrader Professional Cleaners School as well as assisting Associates daily with their many varied questions.


  
Jorge Contreras, Technical Support Services
Jorge works closely with Associates solving problems or questions related to equipment and technical concerns. Energetic and enthusiastic, Jorge is your working partner. ¡Se habla Español!


  
Margie Pias, Administrator/International Services
Margie is our primary contact for all of our International Distributors and prospective customers for questions, problems, orders, etc....

  

Rachel Johnson, Order Entry
Rachel will work diligently to make sure your orders are billed correctly and promptly, routing them the most expeditious way as well as the least costly mode of transportation. All orders that are received prior to noon each business day are processed and sent that afternoon directly to you. In emergency situations, Rachel will do her best to get your order processed the same day via express service.


  
Trudy Schatzman, Customer Service Manager
Trudy supervises our customer service function from receptionist/greeter to order entry. You won't find an automated machine at the Von Schrader company directing your calls. Trudy's team thrives on developing personal relationships and her capable staff is always smiling as they direct your inquiry to the appropriate individual.
